Soundchecks are only given to the top 3 acts of each day — everyone else receives a line check. Times below are yours only — the day runs on a locked production schedule.
Load-in is 20 minutes before your check — that's when your team and gear must be at the stage, ready.
01 · Arrival & Vehicles
Parking: parking passes are picked up with your artist packet at the artist entrance at load-in. No vehicles will be granted venue access without a parking pass.
Artist Entrance: corner of Shoreham Dr & Murray Ross Pkwy. All artist vehicles must enter through the Artist Entrance — no access from other gates. Follow ARTIST ENTRANCE signage and traffic staff, and have your credentials ready on arrival.
02 · Flight Info Black Truck Service
Courtesy of First Class Fest, a black truck service is paid for to pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel or Airbnb. Arrivals only.
If you'd like to continue using the black truck for the remainder of your trip, contact Mohammed at Flex Chauffeurs — 647-927-8075. He will share rates.
03 · Crew List (AA)
Everyone working with your act who needs credentials. Full legal names.
No additional names or roles beyond your approved allocation will be accepted.

First Class provides an in-house autotune engineer for your set — let us know if you want him on your mix. He needs your full setlist with the key of every track.
