01 · Arrival & Vehicles
Parking: parking passes are picked up with your artist packet at artist check-in. No vehicles will be granted venue access without a parking pass.
Artist Entrance: corner of Shoreham Dr & Murray Ross Pkwy. All artist vehicles must enter through the Artist Entrance — no access from other gates. Follow ARTIST ENTRANCE signage and traffic staff, and have your credentials ready on arrival.
02 · Flight Info Black Truck Service
Required for all artist teams. Our black truck service picks your team up from the airport on arrival. Waiting in the truck will be a package with your festival credentials and a gift from First Class. Arrivals only.
03 · Crew List (AA)
Everyone working with your act who needs credentials. Full legal names.
No additional names or roles beyond your approved allocation will be accepted. All credentials must be collected at the off-site check-in location before arriving at the festival site — packets are released only to your designated pickup person (below), with ID.

06 · Hospitality Rider
Upload your rider as soon as possible — our Hospitality Managers will follow up to confirm the approved items First Class will provide. All festival hospitality is pre-ordered and allocated in advance: we cannot accommodate after-show food, bus riders, excessive dressing-room hospitality, or bus stock, and late requests past the deadline can't be approved.
07 · Stage Visuals Upload
Check Production Specs above for accepted resolution & formats before uploading.
08 · Insurance
For artists not covered through an agency: proof of liability insurance is required.
How to get covered: go to vendorpolicy.ca and search for First Class Fest as the event name. Purchase the coverage for $2 million in liability — we will reimburse this cost.
